Our shipping process is designed to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders. We provide clear information about shipping methods, delivery timelines, and applicable charges. Once your order is dispatched, you can easily track it until it reaches your doorstep.

RETURNS POLICY

  • You may request a return if you feel there is an issue with the product. The product must be returned by you and securely packed in its original packaging condition as received.
  • If, after inspection, no fault is found, you may be charged for transportation or inspection expenses. A cost estimate will be shared with you before the product is picked up.
  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Shipping costs are calculated using Express Air Parcel Post. If unavailable in your area, a payment-pending option will appear and we will email you the lowest-cost courier option with a payment link.
  • Shipping charges do not include customs duties or taxes. These must be paid to the carrier before delivery.
  • FAULTY/DAMAGED GOODS

  • If a product is faulty, inform us immediately. We will provide a return address so you can send it back at our cost.
  • In some cases, if the fault is not clear, the product may need to be sent to the manufacturer or distributor for assessment.
  • INSURANCE FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

  • Our service includes insurance for damage or loss in transit. Please contact us immediately to report any damage & retain packaging in case this is required for an inspection. .
