If your order fits in a satchel, it will be sent via Australia Post Express Satchel.
For long items over 1 meter in length or weighing more than 5 kg, your order will be shipped through Phoenix Logistics courier services. You will be asked to choose the ‘payment pending’ option. We will then email you the most affordable courier option (e.g., Real Time Express, Hunters Express) along with a payment link so you can complete your order.
Delivery charges include insurance to cover loss or damage until your order reaches you.
